I'm MAGA as frick, but who is reimbursing us on the cost of these Tomahawks?

We get a world where despotic regimes are terrified to used chemical weapons because they fear the response from the greatest geopolitical power to ever exist.

Assuming this is a one and done, it wasn't a bad use of funds and hardware.
