Chances are very high you have never been in a position of leadership in corporate America.
Not only does AA exist, there are LAWS that make it super beneficial to hire minorities over whites. I have personally been forced to promote the less qualified applicant to a leadership position to meet the status quo -- countless times.
We truly need to switch this "privilege" nonsense to where it belongs, minority privilege. I can actually PROVE this exists - in countless ways, in addition to this OP.

I hope you have about a year's worth of documentation, with performance improvement plans, numerous warnings, write ups, co-worker testimony, video evidence, -- point is, you better have every single I dotted and T crossed.
That is one super quick example, I could go on for hours, but I won't.

Most of them already pay taxes.. that income doesn't show up because the people employing them are criminals. The criminals employing them are the ones who should be removed from society in this situation.. certainly not some poor blue collared immigrant who is just trying to provide for his family.
You can't have realistic immigration reform without throwing these corporate taskmasters in jail.

You're under the assumption there aren't any legal peeps working now.
Someone would do the work...they cost us more in the long run & I couldn't care less about paying a little more for goods.
