And she's not being prosecuted under the current admin because? Or maybe she will be?

she is a better foil than anything else. If you investigate and prosecute her, she is no longer going to rile the crowds up.

And at least 3 of those are matters entered into the official record by her own admissions, yet she remains unindicted because, why? Intent?

Yet the Far Left and their apologists will never acknowledge any of that because, why? They are fundamentally craven and mendacious?

I've worked cases where the Federal Grand Jury didn't indict.

I had an arrest wher the defendant had a Kilo of Cocaine and a gun under the seat and they refused to indict because it was a rental car. "It could have been left there by somebody else".

I don't believe these statistics.

Cheapens? Poor choice of a word for coup.

This is a flat out coup.

Thanks for describing juries under Jim Crow.

WRONG! Grand Jury does not convict, they only decided whether there is enough evidence to indict based solely upon the prosecution's testimony

All we need to know now are the targets. It's already known than Flynn and Manafort are targets, so they're likely already cooked.

The next question is if they turn on the Trump family for a plea deal.

Why would they want to piss off the one man that can pardon them of any crime they have ever committed?

Once that was decided, if indictment is allowed, what is your understanding of where the criminal trial would take place?

Most probably in Virginia - Northern District that is where this kind of stuff usually happens.

1. Violation of FARA

Usually entails a fine in the form of withholding military retirement to the amount received....doubtful you could get Flynn to roll on a 45K fine.

2. Violation of Computer Fraud and Abuse act

If anything that is on Assange.

3. Conspiracy to violate computer fraud and abuse

All hinges on #2 plus you would have to prove that there was coordination between the Trump campaign and Assange or the "Russian" hackers. CIA and Intel community does not want their methods revealed.....it would screw them in the future.....trust me on this.

4. Violation of Federal election campaign Act

Iffy on this as well . If you can determine that the Russian lawyer actually gave the Trump team any information, then you might have a case, but then you would probably have to go and indict just about every politician in DC that gets unsolicited dirt. At worst it's a Dinesh D'Souza type of B.S. crime.....usually an FEC fine. It's thin, thin, very skinny . Plus, most of the dirt ends up in the public realm via Wikileaks.
