It's good. But Kerrygold Irish butter is unbelievable. Much better than watery American butter.

One of my kids got me some butter flavored olive oil. I wonder if that would work

CNN first blames Trump for sharing classified info and first response to news conference was that Trump is inept because he doesn't know enough about classified info...Just wanted to see their reactions! It's comical to watch them

McMaster read the itinerary of the president's up coming trip.

Reiterated what he said yesterday concerning the WaPo article.

Trump can do what he did

He didn't break the law

He didn't reveal intel sources because he didn't know them

He is a loose cannon with no clue how to handle this shite and there is no reason to think he wouldn't have revealed the intel source if he knew it during the discussion

It's like Ron Paul and Jeb Bush made a bunch of babies and sent them to the poli board.

If I heard this right, McMaster said that it was wholly appropriate for Trump to tell the Russians this info but leaking to the press that this happened is a national security threat.

Anyone care to parse?

He specifically said the info discussed was totally appropriate in context of the discussion. WTF do you expect? Trump gave the Russians the nuclear codes?

He said the info was wholly appropriate. Okay that's subjective. He did not address what the WaPo article stated - that trump shared classified info given to us by an ally. He could have denied that allegation. He did not.

That's what I don't get.

McMaster is saying that Trump didn't say anything inappropriate BUT the leaker is compromising national security. So if trump was saying appropriate things that we already know about, why is the leaker compromising security?

I called up Soros and told him that we needed more hands. Better go find a safespace.

He blatantly avoided the question.

This is about as much clarity as we've had on any mini-scandal of the Trump presidency. The administration is on record backing most of the WaPo reporting, they just claim "so what, no harm no foul"

Of course, there could still be fallout with our allies, but I don't think there is much else to learn here, other than identifying leakers.

He also wasn't really sure if we shared the information with our allies... I guess none of those countries have commercial airlines.

His response to the fact that Trump named a specific city was strange. "I am sure you can name a number of cities in the area that ISIS controls."

That was not my point...the point was that they latch on to whatever will make Trump look bad and try to start another controversy

Clearly I think Trump is a buffoon, but he's the President. He's supposed to make these decisions, not staffers leaking information to hostile media entities.

Of course, the issue is that a ton of people don't trust him to make those decisions, and he's given us plenty of reasons to doubt his competence in this area and his trustworthiness.
