I think that's the general theme
Democrats are hurting a really good narrative (Trump is bad at this job) by sensationalizing everything into a more eyecatching but less accurate narrative

There is a bad situation in the country right now where you have millions of really pissed off people clicking pages on the internet, and media companies competing for their clicks by posting more and more outrageous stories, and a president who does stupid shite and feeds the vicious cycle.
Reminder: George W Bush did stupid shite ALL THE TIME. He also wasted 4 trillion dollars and killed thousands of people in the middle east. He also tried to appoint a complete layperson to the Supreme Court. If we had had social media back then like we have now, can you even imagine?

i am not superior i believe in an open mind when it comes to politics. I believe partisan politics is what got us into the mess this country in is now. were my side is right and your side is wrong. I thought for a min trump would be able to work across the isle he can't and it's not entirely his fault.

He said that Trump was not briefed on the sources or methods of the information. This also was a confirmation that it was classified (there are no "sources and methods" for unclassified material).
This last bit is concerning. Either the IC doesn't trust Trump to give him details of sensitive intelligence or the IC is corrupt and has their own agenda to undermine Trump.
