To be honest, it seems that most of the people that have abortions have the means and brains to take care of them decently, but just don't want a child at that point for one reason or another. The brainless ones with no means and the IDGAF about parenting lifestyle have child after child and never even consider abortion. So I don't think there would be this huge explosion of kids that aren't cared for properly.

We need the CIA or some other shadow government agency to develop a stealth PR campaign to convince poor people that sex is better with a condom. Like, market a condom that promises increased size and endurance.

With that said, I understand your point and I agree with you. We have so much absolute trash in our society, it's become overwhelming.
My pragmatic solution is free contraception for all who want or need it. At least that way, they can at least try to prevent unwanted pregnancies. I think the long lasting ones like Depoprevara and IUD's make more sense because they last for some time.
