Exactly. The issues plaguing the black communities have nothing to do with racism or systems. The root cause is the culture. I'd any "system" is to blame, it's welfare.
Giving people free money only weakens them and Rob's them of the need to strive. It promotes laziness and a victim mindset.
The truth is, the only folks that can change the culture are the ones living within it.
Nobody wants to talk about that.

Talking about it means focusing on solving actual social & political problems. However that's bad for business, depriving the race-hustlers of $$$, power, and position (like the author of this bogus dreck).

Jacob Blake sexually assaulted a black woman, fought cops, pulled a knife, and then got shot. The result was he was made a hero and the cops were condemned.

That's because young, black males (34 and younger) commit the most homicides. Instead of focusing and working on fixing that, the race-baiters (which is also many in the media) want to generalize the data from studies just enough that they can imply it's white males who are doing the most killing.

We can talk about this too. We can talk about sexually-transmitted diseases, drug use, prior abortions, neglecting going to prenatal appointments, and other contributing factors.
