The types that cite this stat, and sources like it, truly believe it is men from all races who are out hunting black women. You cannot get them to think otherwise.
Same thing with trans women getting killed, mostly done by black guys.

So, we know black "communities" have higher crime rates than other communities.
It's reasonable to assume black women live in black communities.
Black women are more susceptible to being victims of crime.
Nothing racist about that, its totally logical.

And why is that?
1. Black men do this stuff in historic numbers compared to all other groups in the US
2. Black women are far more likely to want to “cut a bitch” than white women.
So the problem still goes back to “culcha shock” rather than inequality of services
