Clearly the equitable solution is for black men to start killing more white women. That would "address the disparities".

Take a gander at the murder victims of Baton Rouge. You'll find a Hispanic or white person occasionally sprinkled in with the hundreds of black faces despite them only being roughly 50% of the population. It's a cultural issue. Live by the sword and die by the sword.

Interesting question.
I'm sure there's some data that answers that question somewhere. Might depend upon whether they cohabitate with a black man or a white man, or are single with/without kids. Might not. Certainly a bunch of variables to take into consideration.
