Yall are great. We have also come to find out that the way we do things is the wrong way, but TONS of people still show up.
We had a case of ghost hidden in the beer section of the store unannounced that our regular customers found. So we don't make a big event out of everything.

That's awesome and the only way I'd do it for this beer. With as much info at my disposal I'm sure I could have done the same but I just wasn't feeling it.

My sentiments exactly. Won't waste any gas, time or energy to go hunting for "rare" beers when I have a full kegerator of homebrew and great beer can be found year round.

Tough times out here in League City. The HEB by my house only allowed two bottles per person, and I wasn't driving around looking for it. Two will have to do, I guess.

Putting the beers out and having a limit on the amount you can buy is about as fair as it gets. You know like every other store in the city seems to be doing. I guess this is a way to be different, stand out, or just get a large number of people in the store.
