iOS map, Google maps, or waze?

Which do prefer and why?

Is waze as accurate as the others?

I use Waze because it is the most accurate for reroute due to traffic.

The cop alert is great too

Waze. Cop alert and it routes around traffic pretty well.

I tried waze, but the user interface is just so terrible to me. I use Google maps

Ahh nice. Didn't know it was Google owned.

Another question, does waze run in the background like the others of do I need to keep the app open?

I think as long as you have location services enabled for it, it runs in the background. Not sure tho.

How much data does waze use? I'm guessing the same as any nav app, but maybe a little more since it has the alerts. Just curious if it would eat up too much data on my 10 mile commute each day.

It hardly uses any data. I run it all the time, and don't even notice really. Waze is definitely the way to go.

I agree the UI is terrible, but the functionality can't be matched.
