Corned beef, cabbage, carrots, celery and potatoes . Hummus and fresh veggies as an app. Series win and bear tears for dessert. All washed down with a fortified grape juice.

Going to a grin off in Funroe. Not sure of the cuisine. Open bar hopefully.

Just had surf and turf.
One of these overgrown crawdads was 3.7 lbs.
The filets, I did a little reverse sear on. Used some of the drawn butter we had with the filets.
I'm gonna sleep good tonight.

Added some shredded leftover roasted pork tenderloin and 2 shredded leftover Mojo marinated grilled chicken tenders to the pot of leftover red beans and sausage. Over French bread. Was quite good.

puse, been fine. We still haven't done our yearly "you know what", up here yet, and we may have let our cool nights get away from us. Our last plan discussed was to round up all our big ice boxes and mold it at night in coolers.
The old timers didn't have yetis and colemans available at hog killin' time, did they?

Alma, get on the gray dog bus, and we'll kill one, or buy one already killed.
