You misspelled Bayou Hot Wings.

I'm sure I'll get some backlash, but The Bulldog Mid-City is at the top of the list for hot wings.

i was hooked on Tracey's for a while a few years ago, but then i started going to Parasols. while that place is more of a dump, the wings were better. my 2 cents
i've never been impressed with the wing scene in NOLA.

best ever: The Dark Horse Saloon in Boulder, Colorado.

Can Bayou Hot Wings make them unbreaded? Never tried that place.

I do like blue oak though.

Anyone try the new wings Boucherie is selling? They are about to move and turn their old place into a Wings place.

Boucherie has already moved, and I think the wing joint is opening soon.

I tried an order of wings at the old Boucherie a few weeks back. They were ok, but nothing memorable. I'm no wing authority so that's just my .02

Probably not the best, but the ones I had at Barcadia were some of the best "hot" wings I've ever had.

The best wings I've ever had were made by some random guy with his BBQ pit out in front of Vaughan's one night when I went to hear Kermit Ruffins. He had the best dry rub ever.

Agreed. That Bayou Hot Boy sauce just makes them Crystal wings.

Mo Pho are fine and just had Blue Oak for the first time a few weeks ago which were good, but not the best.

How does Bayou Hot Wing's get love? I went there when they opened and it was awful, and my palate doesn't have any thing near high standards.

Wings are tough here, but I'll try some of these other recommendations.
