They should get 100% of their rights back, including owning a firearm. To do otherwise would be to continue punishing them after they have served their punishment

They Pulled us over shitfaced about 3 years ago and kne girl had a happy rattle bottle and they let us go with a warning and let me drive away

Wait is that the time Berg got his truck stuck in the woods and they tried to get Gee4 to go back there to help them out in her jeep and the girls almost got locked up not knowing they were on private property

I was actually on speaker phone the entire time and they didn't know it. The cops were being HUGE dicks and the females were crying or faking crying to the cops or something and got let off with a warning.. this could be a different time but was probably around 2010 or so I guess.

This past November I was able to petition the courts and jump through some hoops. Took me 14 months but I got my voting rights restored.

Just in time to vote for Hillary. Yea.

I'd say almost everyone has done something that could be a felony. No reason to look down on people that made a mistake and got caught.

Everyone makes mistakes.

Stupid people get caught.

I think there should be a 10 year cleansing period from the end of the sentence, not from the date of sentencing.)

Convicted felons are allowed to vote if they weren't convicted of a violent crime

Do they ever get their gun rights back even if convicted of non violent offenses?

Yes they should have their voting rights restored. They should also have their gun rights restored as long as it wasn't violent felonies that they were convicted of.
