What's cooking on a cold and rainy Monday night?

Deer tenderloin with sautéed portabellos and steamed broccoli with white cans at my house.

Is that operator you mentioned awhile back still putting rigs work?

Yes. I previously stated that it was "Wildhorse Operating", but apparently they sold what they had to "Memorial Resources" which you might be more familiar with.

Memorial now has rigs drilling in Arcadia area and East Texas around Henderson. I think they have an office in Marshall or something.

They just brought in an Ensign rig the other day, they are full blast.

Its the meat near the ribs, thin with a decent amount of fat, I usually save this cut from 2 deer and slow cook like barbacoa....
