Regardless of all that, routers have max WAN to LAN throughput that varies across models. The top consumer routers might do 900-something mbps, but still some expensive outliers don't do as well. The ASUS AC56/AC66/AC68 models do about 700-800-something mbps. If you're lucky enough to have a Gb internet connection, hardware will be your bottleneck.

Get that shitty 1ms ping out of here. VABuckeye's latency is infinity times lower.
