What's a food or drink item that people love that you just don't get?

For me it's Bloody Mary's. I can't fathom how tomato juice and vodka taste good together.

Second the Bloody Mary. Drinking tomato juice grosses me out. Waste of good alcohol IMO. Would much prefer a screwdriver
