Can Cam develop a Dual Threat QB?

Has he developed or had one on his team before? Is this the issue? Or is the issue the 4 star Jennings and 5 star Harris, really are young and need more time. Jerks need not reply.

It is ALL about how the kid's brains are wired/conditions. Once the patterns of flight are established over a several game timeframe, it becomes exponentially challenging to un-do the poor patterns. Randall-El had good patterns.
