Actually no. 1.5 TDs is 18 in 12 games not 13 (which is a big difference). 179 passing yards per game is not 200 yards per game.
He accounted for 2382 yards and 17 touchdowns in 12 games. ...

I don't know. Why will Jake Hubenak be your starter next year? Sometimes recruits don't pan out, and sometimes they're not willing to ride the pine until it's their turn. It's a prima donna position. ...
But you also have to consider that these QBs look out our offensive scheme (run heavy/retarded pass scheming) and say frick that and subsequently choose other schools.
Or you can consider that these QBs will look at our offensive scheme and envision how it will put them into the NF...
I don't understand why we still run a pro style offense yet can't recruit and develop a QB for it.
Can't isn't the right word. Jarrett Lee in 2011, Zach Mettenberger in 2013, Brandon Harris to a degree in 2015, and presumably Brandon Harris in 2016 have been able to handle the off...

re: Is Miles really to be blamed for the QB situation at LSU? - chilge1
Mostly due to a lot of Texas High Schools having QB focused offenses.
It has nothing to do with the offense. Texas is one of the most densely-populated states in the country and therefore has the one of the deepest talent levels in the country, at quarterback or any position....
Go ahead and start making excuses for Miles not being able to go out of the state of Louisiana to find legit quarterbacks when other SEC schools do it all the time.
I can't imagine that a solid program would have zero QB recruits in a class unless they had an expected all American returning with one or two solid backups. re: Brandon Harris compared to recent true soph. SEC QB's - chilge1
I do know exactly what you mean. That Jordan Jefferson and Jarrett Lee were not successful quarterbacks... even though they "led" the 2011 team to an SEC Championship and and BCSNC bid. The "QB recruited out of high school" argument is just an excuse to eliminate the majority of quarterbacks that...
