I was running through the Garden District the other night and apparently someone was smoking right at Louisiana and Chestnut.
ETA: smelled it from the road

This is Louisiana. We have drive thru daiquiri shacks. It's completely socially acceptable to be a drunken buffoon but smoking a little weed makes you an unemployed hippie that ruins family values.

Yet it's ok for there to routinely be a FBD thread. In this particular one, 9 people posted a FBD before noon. How irresponsible huh? And you always post in these threads. I cant believe you condone this behavior.

its illegal to smoke in public in CO, its just not enforced in breck. It is getting enforced in denver, and while I get annoyed at times not being able to smoke at a concert, I can see why its getting enforced.
And taking it off mainstreet is a good idea if you ask me. Its easy enough to get in the area, and it wont drive away families.
BTW - weed has been legal in breck for like 5 or 6 years. Its known as the "pothead" ski resort, and has been since I have been visiting

Maybe in "small town" Louisiana, but it isn't that way in New Orleans.
