The voters of Breckenridge dont want weed on main street but they dont mind alcohol sold on main street. It is local democracy at work and i support it.

The amount of people smoking weed in public around here in general is a bit ridiculous. It shouldn't be happening around kids on the slopes and at the parks in the city. I say this as someone who smokes on occasion

What about at an LSU tailgate? Is it ok for children to be around all the drinking and debauchery that happens on a typical gameday? I guess that's different.

If it is a pretty tame tailgate, then I think it is fine. If it is a frat style tailgate, leave the kids at home

So it's ok for a child to be around adults drinking beer as long as it is "tame." But it isn't ok for them so be on the same street as folks smoking legal weed. Got it.

One of those reefer clouds got blown in my direction and I accidentally inhaled it. Ended up with a $35 Taco Bell bill and didn't get off the couch for the rest of the night.
Big weed clouds are not needed in that type of environent IMO. There is a place for it and that's not the place. And I think it's BS they shut this shop down but they were ripping people off anyway. Much cheaper to just get it the old fashion way.
