You're high. Woody Johnson is worth $3.5 billion and could pay Harbaugh whatever he wanted to.

No. He is not paying coaches. Check his hiring record.

at this point, anyone but harbaugh would be a massive disappointment, even Miles or Stoops, which are homerun hires for that program.

miles is 2nd. but he knows it is very difficult for jh to say no so his chance is very slim.

but miles never shut the door completely. if jh says no, miles will be offered. much higher than what he is making now.

carr was told the job will be miles if jh says no and he is not expected to interfere with miles.

hacket is cleaning house now. just fired the chief marketing officer.

BS, Mich just fired the first shot in a bidding war.

Harbaugh's agent should be convicted of negligence if He let's Harbaugh sign the first offer thrown in front of Him.

there is no bidding war. take it or leave it. the money is just make sure jh is not embarrassed and lowballed.

jh loves michigan. if for money, he may not come. but with his love to michigan and the right money, there is 90% chance he will come.

same to miles, he will not be lowballed and embarrassed.

I guess he would leave for the Money, but why would you leave a successful team in San Fran for a crappy michigan team?

The future of the Big Ten is dependent on Michigan making a splash hire. It may actually become a pretty decent conference with high end head coaches and recruiters at OSU, Michigan, and Penn St.

Ha ha. Just heard it on Sportscenter. Good luck. They need to swing for the fences on this hire. Makes sense.

Harbaugh is done in SF. Why not drop back to college if the money's right?

yeah. if michigan, osu, psu, nebraska have good coaches, with msu, wisconsin are good, those bad coaches in iowa, Illinois, Indiana, minn, Purdue are looking at at least 6 losses every year. They can not hide any more.

The biggest issue of btn is coaching. Not many coaches are wanted outside the conference.

good to see you too.

make an argument why he would leave San Fransisco one of the best teams in the NFL to Michigan. A michigan who just had a losing season. I guess it is exciting to get lots of money and coach his alma mater, but he would have to leave San Fran.

Harbaugh and SF management don't work and play well together. It's been known for some time he wouldn't be back in SF.

Try to keep up.

But thought Michigan was a moral institution above such embarrassing salaries?
