Pete Carroll wasn't bad in New England.

Jack Pardee was solid at Chicago/Washington before coaching Andre Ware and co. at UH. Then parlayed that into the Oilers job.

Wasn't Carroll a DC at the time hired to USC?

To clean up the mess Hackett left him deserves an award and a movie after him.

100% won't happen.
Why would he leave the NFL when he is still doing so good?

Falcons and Jets will be open, and any team that might be on the verge of firing their coach, will do so if they can get Harbaugh.

A team like Chicago would fire their coach in a heartbeat if they would be able to get Harbaugh IMO.

ETA: I think one strong possibility for them will be Cam Cameron (because they won't get away from a "Michigan man", which is dumb as hell)

Yes, his failures back in 2001 and 2007 hurt, but he coached a good offense in Baltimore and at LSU (besides this year, and even then the run game has been good).

If Michigan wants a Michigan man, it is looking like it's their only real option.
Les isn't leaving LSU, Harbaugh is too successful to have to leave the NFL.

But I don't know what other Michigan men are out there to be honest.

There is reason to believe that the powers that be at Michigan have dropped the stupid "michigan man" criterion.

I doubt he leaves the NFL to go back to Michigan. The money is better in the NFL, it's all football and there's no dealing with alumni and boosters and you don't worry about players going to classes and doing stupid stuff since in the NFL you cut them or you have league policies now on misbehavior.

It's all football in the NFL and it's the tops in your profession. Nick and Spurrier couldn't cut in the NFL hence they will always be considered coaches at a level lower than Pete Carroll and Jim Harbaugh since Harbaugh has been to the Superbowl.

The NFL is the tops in football. It's that simple.

He isn't going to Michigan. Wolverine fans are the most delusional fan base in all of football.

I think a large amount of us actually realize it's a pipe dream. Is it possible? Yes. But i don't expect him to be on the sidelines next year.

F*ck Ohio State by the way

God forbid I ever agree with a Wolverine especially on this day but he's talking about mods having insider information. I don't see that with the mods here at all.

Then again, I don't believe a *ichigan mod on a Rivals site know shite either. They're just trying to sell premium subscriptions by pretending to be "in the know".
