Over the past few years, LSU athletic programs have become quite...average.

Men's basketball hasn't won a NCAA Tournament game since 2009.
LSU football hasn't won a major bowl game since 2007.
LSU baseball hasn't won a game in Omaha since 2009.
Women's basketball is, at best, mediocre.
And yet...all of our coaches are getting raises and extensions. After losing 3 games in 2012, Les Miles got a pay raise and an extension.
We have one of the highest paid offensive coordinators in the country despite fielding one of the most inept offenses in college football.
Jones received a raise and contract extension despite going 18-18 in the SEC in his first two seasons, while also failing to win a SEC regular season championship, tournament championship, or to even qualify for the NCAA Tournament.
Caldwell is one of the highest paid women's basketball coaches in the country, yet LSU's women's basketball team is exceptionally average.
At the end of the day, the coaches for LSU athletics are fielding mediocre products while receiving pay raises and extensions - all at the expense of the fans. Increased ticket prices, tailgating prices, concession prices...all just to watch chronic mediocrity.
If mediocrity is the best we can do, fine - but the fans shouldn't be forced to pay a premium for that.

New World Order - pay more for Mediocre and Accept it. Just shrug your shoulders and say nothing I can do about it. Systemic and the Modern Day American Way.
"It is what it is" ...............

What did you expect when we hired Alleva? He's a money man, nothing more.
Fact is things won't change until fans start to complain - with their checkbooks.

Bingo. It starts at the top. He should have called Miles bluff last year over the Arkansas offer.

Rich get richer...thats the price you pay these days for loving a prgram too much...U get taken advantage of and the result is mediocrity. Our purple and gold glasses keep us from caring enough to take a stand. So why wouldnt the raises and ticket prices keep coming if were gonna keep paying for them

The good things never count. Haven't you figured out how these "fans" thought processes work yet?

All we need to have a functioning offense is upperclassmen with NFL first round ability at all the skill positions.

1st SEC team to have a 3,000yard passer, 1,000yard rusher, and 2 1,000yard receivers.
