Papa John's Frito Pie Pizza review.

It's almost the weekend, and I'm ready to check out. I left the office to go and get a haircut. On my way there, I noticed a Papa John's next door. I decided I'll give the Frito Pie pizza a chance, since I'm a huge fan of the greatest pie invented.
It came to $13.05 w/ tax, and it was ready in 7 minutes. I timed it. Good job, kitchen staff!
When I got back to my office, I opened the box. It was covered in fritos.
I then plated a slice. The fritos remained in place.
I was not a fan of the taste. I'm not sure Papa knows what chili is. It certainly wasn't present on the pizza. The pizza came with a sauce, which may have had a chili flavor, onions, beef, sliced tomato and cheese.
For my second piece, I decided to drizzle it with the butter to enhance the flavor. It was slightly better.
Here's a closeup of the "chili" pizza sauce.
Just as I suspected, it was a let down. 3.7/10.
I hope this pizza didn't mess up my night.

I agree. I dont see why they just didnt make a regular frito pie and put in on a crust.

I'm glad you eat this shite so I don't have to.
Every time I see a new mass chain food item I immediately want to run out and try it. Even though I know how bad it'll be.
