I'll have either a bowl of chili, a bowl of shrimp sauce piquant, or a bowl of both.

One more salmon filet left. I'm definitely going to use this honey-soy sauce again.

How old is that shrimp sauce piquant at this stage, Otis? Sounds like you had a whole lot leftover. You've been eating it for weeks.

Leftover veggie soup from last night. Maybe a salad.

Something in ashville. Maybe a steak at Brazilia. Maybe just a bunch of funny beer with these mountain wooks. They're somewhat smelly, but damn entertaining.

Grilled chicken Gouda sandwich from Wendy's. Much better than expected. If my britches are a little tighter tomorrow it was worth it

Why Gladys, I made a fresh batch over the weekend. Is this your way of asking for an invite?

Not me, Otis. I prefer seafood dishes to be fresh.

P.S. and I don't like overcooked shrimp, I tell ya.

Good. Call me and I'll tell you how to avoid that mistake now that you've recognized it.

Reheated shrimp overcook. I only add the amount I need for serving at the time. IF I reheat leftovers with shrimp in it, I remove the shrimp, heat the rest of the dish/sauce and then throw them back in just before serving. That's also why I use raw shrimp in stuffed dishes like eggplant, mirliton and the like. You got some other methods? I'd like to hear them.

The amount I have leftover is about 16 ounces from the 4 gallons I donated to the church for a fundraiser, Gladys. I added the shrimp and cut the fire...just a few minutes prior to serving. Was perfect, as expected.

You added the shrimp when you first cooked it or you added "new" shrimp to your leftovers? Speak clearly, Otis the Town Drunk.

Wife made Holly Cleggs sweet potato, corn and shrimp soup. Pretty good. Bit sweet for me but I'm not a yam fan.
