looks reddish for gumbo to me, but I would still drain it.

Great article. Thanks for posting. I make gumbo year- round. Not sure why some wait for cold weather

What's up with those chunky steak-looking cubes? Assuming it's a tasso of some sort. Looks like cafeteria steak cubes. yum

Good article. I saved a couple of those recipes. Gotta try that Donald Link fried chicken gumbo.

Yeah, I don't get the whole weather thing on this board. My house has AC, so I make it when I want it.
