Probably just some pulled pork mini sandwiches and boudin balls. Maybe some stuffed shrimp.

Looking for other ideas as well. Thanks.

Dove kabobs, dove wraps, Dutch oven doves, grilled doves, dove fricassee, reversed seared doves, dove sous vide, dove n grits, uppity doves, microwaved dove, and some dove confit with blackberry reduction.

You forgot Natchitoches doves. They are similar to New Orleans doves but different.

I'm not shooting today.

I have half a brisket in a crock pot with some green salsa verde for shredded brisket tacos.

10 lbs of wings on the green egg.

Even though it's hotter than a hooker on nickel night, I'll sip a Macallan 18 in honor of football season.

I have some natural Lamb blade chops.


Anyone have ideas for grilling techniques for these?
