I see him playing a similar role to T. Bob Hebert. Probably shouldn't be a starter, but a very valuable back-up that can fill in and will have a lot of game time at both center and guard.

When he first got here, I thought he was going to be a center, but with Pocic, that changes.

When I went to the scrimmage on Saturday I saw him running with the 2nd team, FWIW

Correct. He is currently listed as 2nd team at LG.

Haven't seen him recently, but I think it will be hard to play guard in the SEC at 290lbs...

He was the second string LG in the spring game. But we have this guy named Garrett Brumfield who is going to displace him.

Malone should play center. Pocic is to tall dispite his "great hip flexibility". Pocic should play left tackle.

He lost his baby fat and bad weight. Looks more like a DT now imo. I could easily see him adding a lot of good mass now that he's prime for it. Give him some time he'll be ready when needed
