I've had to make some updates, so we're up to version 7.3. I had to fix some broken links and some formatting.

OK, if you downloaded the new calc today before the time of this post, re-download it. I just corrected a typo and added the link about the science of cast iron seasoning.

Man.... i gotta admit, i cook alot of jamblaya, but Ive never used the calculator. That said, I love the fact that u have done all this work. Mucho respect. Well done. Every edition.
