Your favorite scenes where one movie "nods" to another.

Not sure how many there necessarily are but I've always loved the end scene in Predator 2 when Danny Glover boards the Predator ship and their is an Alien skull in the Predator's trophy case.
What are you favorites or some other notable movie "nods"?

Close Encounters when the Mother Ship played the Jaws theme for a second and Dreyfuss looked spooked as hell. 
Also, though not a big Oblivion fan, the cabin scene where one of his trinkets was a set of Top Gun shades was pretty funny.

In the convenience store (Ultimart) scene of Grosse Pointe Blank, there is a cardboard cutout of Vincent and Jules from Pulp Fiction.
There are also multiple James Bond references in the film, including a muzak version of the theme song Live and Let Die in the Ultimart scene.

In Get Him to the Greek there was a commercial for a new show Sarah Marshall was in and Brand's character (forgot his name) said something like - I used to hit that.

The Mel Brooks thread made me think of another one. In Spaceballs in the scene where they get the tape so they can fast forward the movie.. when they choose the Spaceballs tape all the other movies are Brooks' movies.

Not sure of my favorite, but worth meationing is R2-d2 and possibly 3PO in Raiders.
