Frontline - part#2 - ScottFowler
Anybody watching?? They give A LOT of credit to talk radio.... Have to admit...these commentators blaming racism without calling America rasist a whole bunch. Love the sad music at the last election results. Wow...weak ending.........

Dragonslayer as well. That SOB dragon still holds up today. Story is very good. Excalibur has a little too much Wagner/Orff. Need to layoff the "Carmina Burana". Best Cast Ever. Feel bad for Nicol Williamson(Merlin). Next time I saw him was in 1997's SPAWN as Cogliostro. He did not ...

re: 2,000 GM workers to lose jobs on Trump Inauguration Day - ScottFowler
My guess is that with gas prices hitting extreme lows last year, people bought more SUV's and trucks than more fuel efficient cars
Its not only that. GM, at least, makes a lot more money selling the SUVs and Trucks than the Cruz and lower priced economy cars. According to GM, they ...

re: 2,000 GM workers to lose jobs on Trump Inauguration Day - ScottFowler
Lordstown is shutting down 3rd shift production of the Chevy Cruz. This has been known for a few months. When UAW agreed to the last most recent contract, they got raises for the workers, but agreed to let GM build the hatchback Cruz in Mexico. That is the plant Trump was Twittering about a few week...

re: I have come hat in hand. Running McCain was a brilliant strategy, I didnt see it - ScottFowler
Well made thread! Sometimes, you can clearly see that there is a thing such as fate. Who could have guessed we would be here today ready to MAGA with a non-politician, much less that person being Donald F'ing Trump. Not only that, he is in position to really make changes to help everyday...

re: What are the animals that could easily beat a man in hand to hand contact - ScottFowler
Daeodon - They could grow to be six feet high at the shoulder and weigh thousands of pounds. Fossilized remains of their teeth suggest that they were omnivorous, dining both on animals (some as large as modern-day cows) and plants. It's telling of their dominance of the food web that they belong to ...

re: Any theories on why companies are now increasing investment and jobs in the USA? - ScottFowler
"elections have consequences" Everybody with a brain, that wasn't drinking the kool aid, knew who Barry was. So, businesses covered their asses. Now, they are prepping for a business friendlier Fed gov't, but are also fearful of Trump and are trying to get on his good side. Plus, make money....

re: The Left and the Economy - ScottFowler
The Dems have sacrificed the labor unions for the "new" Obama Coalition that would ensure democrat rule because of shifting demographics. In other words - they moved further left on the political spectrum. Obama was who we were afraid he was. A Progressive who believes that Western Civilization ...
