Should be interesting to see how busy they'll stay through the novelty stage at a location that's not the best. Hard to get in and out with no light which should make lunch time a challenge.

Panera is pretty pedestrian but they somehow manage to always be busy.

Agree on the pedestrian. I think its busy because it is carb heaven which the ladies love. Kind of like Olive Garden.

I like the lemon chicken soup. I've been making it at home since I had it there a few years ago.

Just like everything else new in BR! Opens and is packed, regardless of how food tastes, then levels off and is just average.... How will this story go??

It's fine for what it is. I'm sure I'll pick up a sandwich on the way home from work every few weeks.

I like Panera, but then again I'm also a fan of some other chains that done seem to get much love on here, such as Zea and Carrabbas.

I went Tuesday for lunch. It was a mad house. Food isn't all that great.

I had a Sammich the other day for lunch and it wasn't bad. It was nothing special but was a nice change. It will stay busy I'm sure due to the amount of women that work in that area.

But whoever designed that parking lot should be kicked in the balls. It's turrible.

I use to get their chipotle chicken bacon sandwich with the french onion soup. It was pretty decent. The bread is pretty hard though.

Their asiago steak sandwich is pretty good, but some reason most of the people I come across think Panera is healthy

Like most similar restaurants, there are healthy options on the menu. I like that they put the calorie count on all the items, for example.

It's a decent place that is reasonably priced. I'll never understand the hate this board gives to chain sandwich shops.

I don't know how many overweight women who have a diet of "healthy carbs/grains" complain about how hard it is to lose weight. They eat fat free yogurt and then think the piece of cake that they had is what did them in that week.

Lots of people are stupid. That doesn't mean Panera Bread is inherently unhealthy.
