this is great as my outdoor tv can view sports now without having to deal with dragging an hdmi cable from my tv or dealing with remote control issues.

chromecast plus watchespn = aweseome.

lsu not in supers..not so awesome.

You could already stream espn3 to the chromecast just using google chrome.

not for me..my laptop is old and slow and watchESPN jerks and is basically unwatchable. i have to use my phone.

my phone runs watchespn like a boss so native chromecast support is the bomb

eta who wants to drag their laptop around with them to do chromecast anyway. my phone is surgically attached to my hip.

which i've been doing for a while. Tab casting via a MBP w/an Intel i7 and 16GB or RAM still left much to be desired.

You get much better quality with the native apps

Now to figure out how to stream that shite on the company wifi and not get caught...

Or infiltrate the IT and become friends then it won't matter if I'm caught.

Making friends with IT is always priority #1 when starting a new job. Makes life so much easier.
