I like taking a can of Bush's baby butter beans, mix it with a can of corn (end result is succotash), and then sprinkle on a bit of Slap Ya Mama.
Margaret Holmes puts out some good stuff too.
Whatcha got?

I know I survived grad school and drunk binge eating by keeping about six cans of green beans in the pantry at all times.

Can't say I ever use canned veggies. I prefer frozen or fresh, so that's what I always get. But I totally keep the pantry stocked with canned beans. Black, garbanzo, Pinto, etc. I'd say beans are my favorite

Not a big fan of canned vegetables either, but I do go for some canned artichoke hearts when I need them.
ETA: Sauerkraut and mushrooms are OK canned.
ETA: I do like canned kidney beans for chili.

Artichoke hearts
Garbanzo beans
Shoepeg white corn
Cannellini beans
Green beans rarely.
LeSeur Petit Pois
I use most of those for quick soups. They work very well.
Baked beans that I mix with other ingredients and bake low and slow.

Field peas are pretty legit out of a can.

Little known fact:
A 16 oz can of Green Giant green beans (4 servings) has almost as much sodium (1600 mg) as a medium bag (10 oz, 10 servings) of Lay's Classic potato chips (1700 mg).

San Marzano tomatoes for red sauce/gravy

Samesies.
Also jarred pickled green beans and okra for bloodies. Other than that, frick canned vegetables. Way too much sodium and buying fresh veggies tastes a lot better.
