What an awesome place, I really liked it. It's unique and I've never seen a place like that. I got the baby back ribs and it was definitely the best ribs I've ever had, literally just fell off the bone. Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

We had the shed one day.

Threw it in the garbage. Was terrible.

Ouch.

Steamed ribs. Ribs are not supposed to fall off the bone.

I've never understood the love for pork ribs with the meat falling off the bone. I think they're overcooked when this happens. I like some bite to mine and I enjoy pulling the meat from the bone. That's part of the fun of eating them to me. I can make pulled pork with a butt/shoulder for that.

Your insulin regimen begins tomorrow. I can't remember, does The Shed have a gift shop? Never eat at a restarant with a gift shop. Never eat at a restaurant that hangs farm inplements on the walls.

Well four of us just went and we all really enjoyed our food and the environment. I'm usually pretty picky about my ribs so it's surprising that I really liked them,

There are plenty of folks who like meat falling off the bone. I'm not one of them. Glad you enjoyed your meal there. I've never been.

My wife likes the meat falling off. I can't stand it. I like the slight tug.

I have had some good stops there while traveling due to some good live music and relaxed atmosphere. The bbq sauce is gross - too sweet and lacks a distinct smokey flavor that is essential to be great bbq.

That's a good description. I like all exposed fat to be a bit crispy, also.

Why would anyone want to eat their ribs with a fork?

I've eaten there a couple of times. Thought it was OK. Definitely overrated imo.
