Went by Bergeron's in northern Bossier City for the first time. Great little place. A poor man's version of Maxwell's with lower prices and 40 minutes closer to my house than Maxwells.

Bought andouille and pork sausage for gumbo and red beans and rice. Need to start cooking for the freezer.

They had a a brisk business going for such a little place. At least 6 customers in line at the check out with me.

We made a trip over to the Red Stick today. Dinner was take-out from TJ Ribs after a fun filled afternoon on campus. I got the wings that have been praised here many times. I can't tell you how disappointed I was in these wings this evening. 4lsu2jr loved his brisket quesadilla, so I guess that's a plus. The rest of the clan enjoyed their meal, but my disappointment on the wings can't be expressed enough.

Here's a bonus shot of 4lsu2jr and Mike today:

What's so funny?

All she does is lie

I wouldn't to be surprised if she made up some terminal disease to get attention

I couldn't imagine being married to her . God bless that poor man
