I think so.

Fresh ginger, especially with seafood, offers amazing flavor.

Do you like ginger? If so, how? In what?

I like ginger.

In a Moscow mule.

And with Asian inspired dishes.

I slice a chunk and have it with a little light brown sugar every night before I go to sleep.

Sleep great and wake up alert.

Doh! Thought I had some hibiscus. Was going to make a ginger hibiscus bourbon drink. Off to Amazon to get some more hibiscus.

Funny thing is, I hate ginger snaps.

Ginger drinks are great but there is still nothing quite like the real thing.

It is also a great anti-nausea remedy.

It's a staple at my house. A slice of fresh ginger at the bottom of my teacup, add tea...very refreshing. I also always have a big bag of candied ginger hanging around; it's good in everything from cookies to scones to eating straight.

Ginger tea for an entry, but szechuan shrimp stir fry is a major bomb to let loose on your mouth for enjoyment.
