Martin's Canebrake Bottles

Thanks for the heads up. Martin's had a twelve pack when I called them today. Managed to navigate y'all's crazy arse drivers to pick it up. Looking forward to drinking them this weekend.
Thanks again!
I tried the Covington IPA last night with dinner. I appreciated the malt complexity, but felt like it needed more hops. Strange, out of all the local beers I tried, I liked the non-hoppy wheat beer.

I'll be on the West Bank tomorrow in Westwego for work. Any of the Rouse's over there carry it?

It's gotten too popular for it's on good. I can remember at the beginning of last summer you could pick up a sixer for $7 at Winn Dixie or get a pint for $3.25 at some areas. Now chimes is selling it for $6 a pint.

Every Albertsons carries them. So does Oak Point.

Meh. Prices in lafayette have actually dropped for all of parish 6 packs. Use to be 10.99 now it's 9.99 (as of about 3 months ago) just about everywhere around here.
It's a quality product, and perfect for people who don't venture too far into the craft beer world.

I just think it's a ten dollar craft beer.

Bar Louie happy hour. $3 draft. That's usually my first choice when I go there.

before it was easily available:
"I can't wait for bottles of Canebrake!"
"Has anyone seen Canebrake bottles???? I've looked everythwere!!!"
"OMG Canebrake is here!"
now that it's been out a while:
"Canebrake sucks"
"Overpriced gateway into craft beer"
Mavens are fickle as frick

It has to be rare or hard to come by for these beer snobs to appreciate it.
