<----this guy

I'm not a big fish fan, having grown up on mostly meat and potatoes, but I have learned to appreciate it over the past 11+ years of being married to a fish-lover.

That being said, warmer weather calls for fish tacos. Today fit the bill.

Started with tilapia filets from our local Kroger.
Seasoned them liberally with Tony's and Cavender's.
Heated a cast iron skillet on the grill outside and added a pat of butter. Dropped the filets and flipped after about 4-5 min. They cooked close to 10 minutes until they had that flaky appearance.

While the fish was finishing up I threw some corn tortillas on the grill.

Topped the tilapia with a broccoli slaw, citrus vinagerette and Greek yogurt (our substitute for sour cream).

The saltiness of the fish goes great with the sour/tart of the vinagerette. Easy and very delicious.

I do them similarly with specs and slaw with remoulade.

Two and I'm good.

I love fish, shrimp, or crab cake tacos. I take those over ground beef or shredded chicken everyday of the week.

Tilapia eh.. but corn tortillas and that slaw saved it! Give me 4 or 5 of those w/ a cold IPA and I'm in heaven.

Looks great but without the butter. Not necessary and it will take just as good minus the hundreds of calories

Also daisy low fat sour cream is awesome and only 35 calories and lower than greek yogurt

Fish Tacos over everything. Hard to find down here, but when on the west coast you always indulge

Looks delish. I love fish tacos, but usually do them in a skillet on the stove (mostly because my husband doesn't eat fish, so it's up to me to make them).

I like a little butter and lime (or lemon) juice.

I'm okay with tilapia. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to like it until after I already did.
