My way of making fish tacos:
Tilapia (or fish of choice). I like to marinate with this Lowry's Chiptole-Lime marinate, it's great. Grill the fish. Make your own homemade fresh pico (tomato, white onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, pepper - i actually like to substitute the tomato for a juicy mango). Top with a couple of slices of avocado and a squeeze of lime .

if you've never tried greek yogurt before on your fish taco give it a shot.

That looks delicious. I'm going to have to look into that this weekend. I may do them with salmon with a soy glaze, since that's the go-to fish here.
