How well could you go through everyday life if you had to drop caffeine?

No coffee, no sodas, no energy drinks, no caffeine pills, etc.

I'd be pretty well fricked, honestly. I'm more addicted to caffeine than I'd like to admit and I'm pretty sure Monday morning with no coffee would not be pretty.

I quit all caffeine 2 months ago. I sleep better now. Less tired now than when I was drinking caffeine.

Edit: I do still drink ice tea every few days so I haven't quit 100 percent. Reduced consumption by 90-95 percent.

Don't do any caffeine anymore. I'm pretty well adjusted.

I quit it entirely for a couple of weeks years ago. First 3 days sucked and had a mild headache. Felt great after a week but ended up going back to it.

Coffee and tea are actually pretty good for you so probably won't ever quit all caffeine again.

Well I just started drinking coffee like 2 years ago, so I would say I would do ok without it, although I have a cup every morning now, but I think (read: hope) that it is more out of routine than anything. I don't get headaches or anything when I don't have one.

I don't drink cokes or energy drinks or take any pills.

I drink coffee pretty regularly, just not everyday. I drink it for the taste, but decaf just doesn't taste the same, so I don't know how I'd do.

I don't drink sodas or anything else with caffeine.

How was the adjustment period and do you find yourself able to operate without caffeine like you could with it?

Drank coffee for a bit and it hurt me more than help me.

Drink some cokes every now and then but I'd be fine.

I drink coffee every morning and have for over 20 years. Have no reason to quit either, I can go on a multiday backpacking trip without it and have no problems.

Two cups every morning. If I don't have it, I find myself nodding off at some point during the day.

Coffee is loaded with antioxidants.

I would cry if I had to quit drinking coffee. Honestly, I really do drink too much of it and should cut back. I just enjoy the taste and aroma of coffee so much.

I didn't drink caffeine for a week when I could get away with it, and by the end I had an odd serenity all day. But I like the caffeine jolt more and went back. I drink too much caffeine though--Cool Brew mostly.

I have done it. I could do it again if you are just talking coffee, tea, and cokes. You take my chocolate, we fight.

I have just cut back from a pot every morning to four cups, I plan to cut back further to two cups.

If you want to see real panic, watch a coffee drinker look and see that there is not enough for a pot of coffee in the morning.
