I take them 1-2 times per week to sleep and have for years. Is that bad? Never really felt any withdrawal....

This is strictly based on 2020 census commuting patterns. Literally all it is based on. Northshore is still a commuting parish but during COVID commuting was limited. Duck hunt in Delacroix and I do fish but only occasionally during the spring and summer. Wish I could do it more. Maybe if I ever retire lol...
