He went on and on about the stew, but he did say that the crawfish bisque was the best thing he'd eaten since he ate at elBulli.
Them's big words. Best things in the world: Ferran Adria's food, then some guy in South Louisiana's bisque, then whatever swill the rest of the chefs serve.

Thanks for giving the heads up. I got it set to record with about 90 seconds to spare. I've seen it before, but there are others I'd like to show it to.
