While it is enjoyable to make fun of new money, at least they earned their money instead of hitting the genetic lottery and being born into a rich family.

I love how people talk about "new money" like it's a bad thing. The trashiest shitheads I know are old money. Or were before they pissed it away.

This is true... I know some Old Money people that work like hell though. My boss is Old Money and he works his arse off at his main job, then still does a lot of the financial work for the business that I manage for him to take some pressure off of me. He could just not do shite really, but he loves what he does. I admire that.
