I'm in a bit of a conundrum. I am absolutely sick of eating salmon, and I'm not a fan of tilapia. The wife cannot eat grouper right now due to the mercury content, so my options for fish are limited.

What fish would you recommend for fish tacos that can be baked and is not salmon, tilapia, or grouper?

Redfish if you can get your hands on any

If not, I'd say Cod or Mahi

The correct answer is Taco Sisters in Lafayette.

Smoked gulf tuna tacos ftw.

Usually prefer gar. If I'm out of that then I like a nice fresh lady fish.

Honestly, prefer wahoo or mahi, but I usually use trout because I have a ton in my freezer.
