That's where we found our dolphin but never saw any of those small ones. Good times.

Hell, I've made tacos out of bream the kids caught by the peer. Pretty tasty.

I've used trout before, thought it fals apart pretty easily.

Fried trout works great. If it's not fried, it's not firm enough to hold up in a taco.

Any firm white fish works fine grilled or fried.
