What is everyone preparing today?

Looks like I'm going to make a few batches of wings, a lot of sweet chili meatballs, some southwestern eggrolls, and probably a few burgers. We have a young baby, so it won't get too wild over here today.

Right now this.

Then I'm going to SAMs and load up on stuff to go with the backstrap, mallard tits and deer sausage I've got thawing out.

Baked chicken wings (got some good ideas for sauce from the F&DB!), jalapeño poppers, smoked beef ribs (Fred Flintstone cut) with some "modified" Jack Millers sauce for basting, bacon wrapped asparagus, Asian slaw.

We are doing fajitas, pinwheels, hotwings, and armadillo eggs. Im kinda nervous about the wings as it might be raining. I will try the boiling in crab boil then broil technique. The rest of the menu will be sweet!

Catering a party for @ 35 in the 'hood. I'm just doing entrees...jambalaya , crawfish pie, and file gumbo. I call it my "Hank William's Special". , and put it up for auction in a school fundraiser each year.

I'm doing a good seafood gumbo, and I got some good sausage (Rabideaux's ) and andouille (Don's from Reserve) for the jam.

What is your address and what time should I be there? I will do dishes afterwards in lieu of payment.

I'll put a pic up of that and the smoked ribeye and T-bone.

It's a recipe I got from Double d. Golf board poster.
