Indiana Jones & the Last Crusade.

First movie I watched after spending 300$ on a receiver and 4.1 Dolby JBL speakers.

On a VCR.

Amazing.

Describe your system? Is it a proper digital system, Blu ray feeding DTS-MA or Dolby TrueHD to an AV Receiver?

I work in the home theater business and one of our go to movies is fast and the furious.

All of them have great opening sequences with loud cars and chases. It really demonstrates all 7.1

I also really like the Band of Brothers miniseries.

Days of Thunder is an excellent surround sound movie. Sounds like the cars go around you as they lap the track.

The Transformer movies are good, too. Any good action/adventure movie is better with surround.

I miss my surround sound. Lost mine to lightning a few years back, along with a ton of other electronics, and replaced it with a cheap arse vizio sound bar. The only good thing about it is that it is better than the TV speakers, by a little.

The first battle scene in Master and Commander is an absolutely incredible way to enjoy your surround sound.
