Poor people make rich people richer....ATMs, pawn shops, check cashing services, title loans, finance companies, used auto lots, etc....make a lot of money for a lot of people

My neighbor has 2. He's also a drug rep, so he's always on the road and can check them during the day. The machines are out by Cortana Mall somewhere and he says it easy money. Said the main pain in the arse is getting up Sunday morning and reloading them with money.

Any idea how exactly it works? How do you get a license to place the ATM in a certain place? How much if any is the franchising fee?

I have one in my store that basically gives me a share of the profits. It isn't much for me but it seems like a nice stream of passive income.

You set them up thru an iso, like myself.....if you have a location, that's one thing. if you want to look for locations, that is another thought process all together as far as the money flow

ISO? Sorry google didn't bring up much. So basically I contact someone like you and you help me find a possible location? How does it work after that? What percentage do I split with the business owner and or you? Sorry for the questions, interested in possible doing this at some point if I can find the right spot.

What are your thoughts on a mobile atm?

Setting up at outdoor venues, football games, etc

That's a costly setup but I know many who do it. But, they are already in the biz, not just trying on the side.

Lets say you do a 4 machine trailer. roughly 2k per machine. And there are other expenses. But the issue is what happens when the event is over? the machines just sit? donet get me wrong, they do make money (that amount on the screen they ask you to approve is the gross profit) but it takes 1k transactions to make the machine cost back at $2 per txn (and that is usually split with location)

ISO

Independent sales organizations....registered with Visa/MC....about a $15k process..

And NO, I wouldn't find you locations. If I find a location that's a good prospect, why would I call you?

Basically, you find a location and then a deal is made....who buys atm, who's money inside, amount to location, etc..

It runs thru the iso, so I make my money thru a different exchange (interchange). It's like I get a small amount for hosting your transactions.

Thanks. Last thing. How would you recommend looking for and finding a location? Is it as easy as calling the owner of a new location and being the first person to do so?

high foot traffic locations or somewhere where a lot of individuals need cash.

just like any biz though....find out the current deal a biz might have, and see if you can bid
